Dispensing Pressure Calculator

Estimate pressure on each cartridge piston from drive force, using P = F / A.

P = F / A. On a dual cartridge the drive force is split across two pistons, so per-side pressure is total force divided by (piston area × piston count). Excess pressure can push material through the static mixer too fast to cure properly — matching the gun to the cartridge rating matters. Planning estimate; verify against component pressure ratings.
